THE COLOR OF SILENCE
THE COLOR OF SILENCE
"The Colors of Silence"
In dawn's hush, silence is gentle blue,
Soft whispers of morning, pure and true,
A calming hue that soothes the soul,
As darkness fades, and light makes whole.
After conflict's fiery, passionate cry,
Silence descends, a searing red, to dry,
The embers of anger, hurt, and pain,
A stillness that acknowledges the stain.
Before the storm, gray skies unfold,
Heavy with anticipation, silence grows old,
A somber mood that weighs upon the heart,
A held breath, as nature's fury starts.
But in serenity's peaceful nest,
Silence shines golden, warm, and blessed,
A radiant yellow, shining bright and true,
Reflecting harmony, in all anew.
In quiet contemplation's darkest night,
Silence is indigo, a mysterious light,
Guiding introspection, deep and wide,
Through shadows, to the soul inside.
And when love's whispered, tender tone,
Silence becomes rose, a gentle, known,
A soothing balm, that heals the heart,
A love that listens, and never departs.
