Thank God

Many died on 

This road of 

2019 but am 

Alive, thank God. 

Some are bruised 

In hospitals, 

Accidents but am

Healthy thanks God. 

Many got fired,

Some turned to thieves 

Others got promotion 

But I still work, thank God. 

Many are raped

But God taped my legs 

Many are jailed, but 

God nailed me out off, thanks 

Many are kidnapped,

Typhoon swallowed,

Others varnish in thin air,

This was the best year, 

God never slept,

His eyes illuminated my path,

His claws sheltered, 

His laws captured 

Thank God
