Tales Of The Night
Tales Of The Night
Deep in my sleep, one fine night
I saw my mother going out of sight.
I saw my mother dying,
And the whole house crying.
It was empty out there,
And not those wrinkled hands to care.
Everything seemed so dark and colourless,
Without you, Mama: I was so lifeless.
I clasped my hands tight,
Ran through my spine were trembles of fright.
I quickly opened my eyes wide,
And my mama was resting beautifully right beside.
