Surprise

As the sun dropped, 

Instantly the moon popped, 

But all the lights went off, 

So it became very tough, 

To see through the dark, 

While the dogs there beside barked, 

I waited till my power drained, 

And the wind roared till it rained, 

I felt really very scared ,

But everyone except me dared, 

To hold the darkness, 

With the hands of silence... 

Everyone there enjoyed the moonlit night, 

But it was me alone who was sitting tight, 

I was sweating like hell, 

When I heard someone ring the door bell, 

I was asked to open the door, 

But I found out nothing. 

I got scared n speechless, 

When I saw something blew up the mess. 

A letter that was torn? 

I became surprised and went to hunt. 

To whom was it written n why? 

To us or to some other guy? 

But when I opened the letter, 

I read something after which I couldn't utter..
