All Alone Amidst The Moonlit Night....

As the sun went to hide, 

The bright rays also died 

Leaving me all alone

Amidst the moonlit night. 

I was sitting there, 

Cool breeze blowing from everywhere, 

But all alone 

Amidst the moonlit night. 

I saw the waves clashing,

And the flood lights flashing, 

But I was all alone,

Amidst the moonlit night. 

There came many crabs, 

But they ran out of my grab, 

Leaving me all alone,

Amidst the moonlit night. 

I saw some fishes,

And thought they will get my wishes, 

But they went leaving me all alone, 

Amidst the moonlit night. 

Then my eyes caught the sight of a ship, 

Which was sailing across the horizon's tip, 

But soon it vanished leaving me all alone, 

Amidst the moonlit night. 

Suddenly I heard of an engine's sound, 

But very soon I found,

That I was dreaming...

As everyone had left me all alone 

Amidst the moonlit night. 

As the time slowly went by, 

I realised that the sun was waving me a 'hi'... 

Meaning that the moon has finally gone, 

And I was no more alone!
