Success and struggle, failure and hope,

A constant fight that we all must face.

But through the joy and cheer, we cope,

And find the strength to keep up the chase.

We chase success like a fickle friend,

And try to hold it close and tight,

But it slips away without a bend,

Leaving us with a sense of fright.

So let us cheer and celebrate,

The victories we've won and lost.

For every step we take, its fate,

To find our way, no matter the cost.

For every struggle we overcome,

Brings us closer to the shining sun.
