Soil! Muddy Soil!
Soil! Muddy Soil!
I sow the seeds of sorrow
In the deep soil brown
It grows trees of sadness
That turn to weeds over-grown!
Then I sow the seeds of fear
The soil hungrily eats them
She throws them back at me
Turned into devastating dread!
I sow some seeds of doubt
The soil is hungry as ever
She gives me back mistrust
As the doubt she devours!
Unhappy at the result
Of all that I have sown till date
I try my hand at sowing
The last thing on my plate!
I finally sow happiness
The soil is eager than before
She gives me abundance in return
As a smile on her face is carved!
