The blue streaks rippling over the sea cajoles me not to breach it's privacy
The lush green spread out of the tree branches depicts its legacy
Joyful thoughts peppered over the mind bathes me in fantasy
A raging flood breaking the walls demonstrates it's potency
A passionate man toiling hard shows the power of consistency
An ambulance carrying a patient paints the story of emergency
Politicians flocking the streets are expounding the value of democracy
A woman delivered a child for others to add meaning to surrogacy
Some are on the path of reaching God by practising celibacy
COVID has disappeared bringing the world to normalcy
Students are running like never before when they heard about job vacancy
It's time to wrap this poem up but still I wonder why I am showing this urgency
