Ruminating Recluse

A whiff of permanence,

A dash of lethargy,

A bit of cornucopia,

Would be my weed.

A pebble as my land,

A drop as my ocean,

A breath as my wind,

Would sate my greed.

A smile of a child,

A kiss from a lover,

A tear for a corpse,

Is there a need?

A rock from the ocean,

A twinkle from the Sun,

A sprint in Space,

To amp my speed.

A throne to topple,

An idol to pray,

A dream to chase,

And raise a creed.
