Some days are hard to pass
All she needs is peace at the night hours
A few hours of joy is what she asks for
When she comes home to the people she has for her
A little chit chat, good laughs, and a cup of coffee
That's enough to make everything feel worthy
But doesn't it make her feel lonely?
When she has no one to share her story
The night starts, as unexpected as it could get
Someone to talk to is the least she could get
Turning to her screen she thinks that's her destiny
Where she'll just divert her mind and make it feel homely
Hours after watching the same thing again and again
She falls asleep knowing things will be better at the end
The next morning she wakes up to continue her fight
Only to see it is still the middle of that night
She feels more lonely, much eradicated at that time
Lonely nights were never her best pal, it makes her realise
Turning towards her phone with the screen on she tries to close her eyes
Only to wake up the next morning with a photograph to bring her a smile.
