Happy Women's Day

She is strong but weak sometimes

She is practical but emotional when tough days climb

She will suffer the pain without saying a word

But deep inside she needs to be heard

She does not ask for attention with her gestures or actions 

But it's our duty to realise her worth for her self satisfaction

She will work hard day and night

So she can stand alone in her own fight

She doesn't want to be compared

But to be cared when she is not prepared

For the task she is new to

That the society says only men can do

Don't create such a hype

When she breaks the old stereotypes

That men and women are not the same

Let's stop comparing them!
