Parasomnia
Parasomnia
Cold water trickling on burning skin
The dreadly feeling now becomes akin
Under the same canopy do I stand
Watching them leave, I again rant
The soul is volcano, my veins now a mess
The heatwaves call to ignite rage within me
I am a shattered soul, my pieces waiting to coalesce
Walking away, they all dismiss my plea
As I visit the same place since several nights
Once again comes the hourglass as my knight
The wind blows aggressively similar to my turmoil
The
rushing wind took a pace
Like the demon searching for a prey
I stood in front waiting for it to end
The sand seared my vision as expected
Frantically I whispered 'End It'
The next moment is a blur
Fear obscured my conscience as I open eyes
With pounding heart, I chug the cold water
Despising this incessant nightmare
I find myself in the bedroom's corner
Parasomnia takes me to a parallel world each night
Valiant I consider my soul to show me that light
