WHAT IF?

I am standing on the verge of a cliff

They don't seem to see

Staring at the solid rock beneath, I wonder what if

What if I fall, shall I be free

Or will it lead me to a world unknown

Where all the worldly demons shall be gone 

What if I learn to fly like an eagle 

Or what if I land amidst the seagull

However, my action seems to be poised 

For there are many lives linked to me

What if one wrong step leads to catastrophe

What if that one step brings me a fortune

But this time, I have allowed my fate to resolve

I shall trust my intuition and let the fear begone 

Trusting the moon will I take the step

Through closed eyes, I move and let the prosperity beget

The sun shall give me wings to fly

For the universe can't see its child cry
