One solar system, 9 planets

One Earth, trillions of souls

Billions of a tiny being called "homo sapien"

Incessant thoughts surging within

And all this reflection does

End up to the rise of

Countless questions, and one is

Does the pain ever cease?

It comes like a flash

Without a word, it stabs

And twists and turns

Oh, how the wound burns!

No matter how much you fight

It will breach your mind

And taint all those memories

No matter how marvelous they be.

Your eyes are watery, let them be

They are the least of your worries

Your heart is smarting, it feels

The pangs of ache, the agony.

Oh yes, I will answer now

Although I don't really know how.

The pain never ends, it will never

It is a part of you, for ever.

Physical pain always departs

But what about the burn of our hearts?

Subdue it more, but it won't work

It will spring up again, with it's smirk

Don't dread it, face it all

Let those tears fall

There is no use, don't resist

Don't run away, come back,please.

To welcome it, embrace it

Life isn't perfect, never was, never will be

All we can do is go along with it.

Make pain your friend and you will see

How much simpler it can be

With it make the most of peace
