Oh! What the Difference to Me!

She was fire but fair,

 Dwelt among the hidden stars,

 Her beauty was ever rare; 

Without having a single scar. 

Whenever she appeared, Adorned the beauty of the sky,

 And if she would not appear;

 Nothing would be ever clear.

 And was she liked by all the stars on high, 

But was she loved by the only one eye. 

She was the apple of all the eyes,

 And her gazes would make one,

 Even the broken ice; 

And all admired her beauty beyond a measure, 

Although her beauty was beyond price. 

But she remained ever unseen by all the eyes,

 Nor was found ever her trace;

 Though she walked on the Milky Way,

 No footprints were found on the way,

 And was she to me too far away;

But the shadow knew me all the way, 

And was she in my heart,

 But I don’t know how to say; 

Oh! What the difference to me!
