Pills of Love
Pills of Love
Never! Never!! Never!!!
I saw thee again.
As a drop of the dew,
That fell from the above Heaven;
That dissolved in the core of the Seventh Ocean.
That soaked the multitude of Haven:
Never! Never!! Never!!!
I saw thee again.
Thy arrival was the Eastern wind,
Where the King of the Western may repose in thy wings;
Who would give always the Heavenly Elixir!
Never! Never!! Never!!!
I saw thee again.
Oh! The burning ray!
Why hath thee taken the drop of dew away?
Who hath sunk me in the ocean of Love all the way;
Where laid ever my tongue upon the reed near the bay,
Oh! How come you gainsay!
Never! Never!! Never!!!
I saw thee again.
O! Tell me!
Why hath thee broken the Eastern wind?
Who rose before the dawn as the spring’s Queen begins to sing;
And where did lay the soul of little humming:
Who hath just learnt flying;
Never! Never!! Never!!!
I saw thee again.
Though, Thou hath Wundt my heart;
Even today, thy Love for me would never depart.
And thou art the Source and summit of my Heart!
As the Oasis in the plain dessert!
Never! Never!! Never!!!
I saw thee again.
Thou art thee remedies of my thousands ‘wounds’;
Thy Love is the panacea of my wounded Heart;
Over and again there flows the fountain of Love as the form of wounds.
O! Thou art the ‘Pills of my Love’.
Never! Never!! Never!!!
I saw thee again.
