My Poetry

My pain may be expressed in words

But in my heart, it is contained.

My unceasing thoughts remind the loss

And how the helplessness surrounds me.

My heart overflows in pain and there is no stopping,

Only when it is filled to the core

And cannot hold them anymore

Then flows my words of poetry.
