MY COUNTRY

The Promised Mother land, 

The Golden Bird, 

Land of the Free, 

Home of the Brave. 

These all describe my country's qualities, 

But what does it mean to me?

Well, I say,

My country's not the best

But it is still great, 

Not the less!

I love my nation for all it's glory,

It has a place in my heart, 

Even for those who live poorly!

Our symbol emblem represents courage, pride power and confidence.

We have a national anthem - like most countries do - that originates from the battle of freedom. 

I have much more to say, 

But that's for another day. 

So here are my final words to you:

I will always stand proud and true,

For the flag that reads,

Saffron white and green,

With a blue chakra in between.
