Mother

Selfish as always,

Humans hurt nature, 

But Earth is our mother,

And we can't deny that factor. 

Mothers punish,

For we are her kids,

We never did her justice, 

Always tripped on greed.

When she started healing,

We started blaming the year. 

So to shut our traps, 

She gave us a mask. 

A mask, to be saved by the deadly

But truth being told

It's a slap 

To humanity. 

She wants us to stop

'Cause she is a mother after all,

And harm to us, 

Is also her fall.
