Mother's Day Gift to My Mum

Mother's Day Gift to My Mum

I frowned a little

And scratched my head

To think for the best gift for my mum.

With twisted lip and dreaming eyes,

I, after some effort put that thought for next day.

But the mother's day came and I still didn't got anything in my head

As money was less and my mind was no more than the ant's flesh.

I was delighted when father purchased my gift,

But that delight was short-lived.

As I still got the feeling I didn't do anything for my fairy princess,

My angel,

Who with her magical hands can remove any sort of pain from my head.

Later I thought to make her immortal in my words.

But soon found words in my dictionary were less.

You are so great,

Your are so good,

You are my heartbeat,

You are my heart,

Not more I can say,

I am just a little part of your flesh.

Who still is in your shed.

Immitating your every step.

Trying hard to become your girl,

A mom's girl.

Hope you liked this short and shabby

Irregular and non- ryhming poem of mine.

Mum, this is my mother's day gift to you.

As you know everything,

Everyhting about my introvert and shy nature.

You know everything that I wouldn't have been able to tell you.

So I wrote it down.

So I colored your love with my ink.

So I colored my thoughts in black.

On the sanity of this white paper.

To let your sanity and pure love be immortal.
