Mind's Eye

Now, that we are here,

Let's take a moment,

And see through...

Everything that we have;

Past, Present and Future.

Maybe we were never meant to be,

But still, let’s understand why we drifted;

Not because we can’t tread life ALONE,

Not because we fear.

The beauty of what we had

Was like that of a 'BLOOMING FLOWER'.

I want to capture all that we were,

In my 'MIND'S EYE'.

And remember you forever,

Because you are now a part of me!

And, nothing that I have

Can ever be ugly...

I would never let it be!

So, I wish you only the best

For your voyage of life.

And hope that someday;

You see the CERTAINTY,

Amidst the AMBIGUITY...

That I saw for us.

Because that is what

Will help me live,

When you are gone!

My only hope is

That SOMEDAY…

You will see the light of eternal love,

And feel the bliss

Of what it means to love someone

With one's soul...

As now I can,

Be without you...

And still, be WHOLE!
