Metaphorical Garden

There is a metaphorical garden in my mind,

A garden filled with beautiful flowers that are aligned,

And trees that are as tall as elevators and vines.

There is a melting pot of colors swirling in the sky,

With dribbles of photons glowing in between the lines,

A tiny pond is filled with tadpoles swimming about,

As well as bunnies that are eating sprout.

In this Utopia, I float in the pond like a lotus,

Trouble-free, I sway around without much notice.

Alas, there are no garden hoses to water my flowers,

Yet they still laugh and dance for hours.

At times it feels like this is my way out,

A metaphorical garden that acts as a hideout.
