Love And Renunciation

I suffered a lot in this path of love,
 The lamp of renunciation kindled in my heart too much.

Due to change of time the dreams of parting were shattered,
Many tears of sorrow fell from my eyes too much.

Not getting the warmth of love, the distance widened in the heart,
Remembering your name, the my heart beats increased too much.

My love was true, I didn't ask for anything, The fragrance of flowers expanded in my desolate life too much.

The heart burned daily in the spirit of renunciation,
Even my dreams turned into ashes too much.

I forgot myself for your real happiness, On this path of love I wandered lonely too much.

'Murali' now understood love and sacrifice, The seas of seperation overflowed behind the smile too much.
