Lesson From The Skies

The night was of the drizzles

I was sitting in my balcony

Watching the clouds speak a lot More than They spoke usually to me

I realized

Sitting beneath the infinite skies,

Blue, which is a sense of optimism,

Peace and truthfulness in all times,

Blue, that is the color of Godliness,

Is unhappy with us today

Why?

Ask yourself

Have we not given her enough reasons to be in dismay?

Have we not, let down her hopes

And taken away her smiles

Done with her utter betrayal

Which she would never forget till a very Long time

The Skies showed us the path

Still, we never understood Her Earth

The Skies told us of infinite space to Shelter clouds of distinct sizes and shape, Possessing attributes of rebellion

As well as of forgiving

The thunderstorm tried hard to bring divide

But in vain

The Skies told us space belonged to all, Even the rain showers told

The stories of clouds

That faced repeated attacks and

Suffered gruesome pain,

But, we humans, have been a prisoner of Bigotry and dissension,

Like birds, we don't believe,

We could enjoy this infinite space,

And thence, the unkind thunderstorm Warns us today,

Even one lightening of the divide, is enough,

To uproot entirely

And destroy completely

The already dismantled humankind.
