I am a green-eyed monster

And a sinister trickster

One who has self-control

Can win over my evil plans

I can attack your mind,

With various means, I can find,

Save yourselves from my venom

Or I can gain power, enough to devour you!

Jealousy, envy, and spite are all my names

In a trifle, I can destroy your hard-earned fame
