Incomplete Love
Incomplete Love
Sometimes I just ask myself
Why are the leaves so brown and dusty?
Why are the mountains with leafless trees?
Why is the lake so dry and thirsty?
Animals seem to be hungry
Hungry are those cute birds
They used to chirp so happily
But now they are too weak to utter any words
Honeybee's search seems never-ending
The flowers are colorless and so very dry
I see fishes gasping for water
There's no respect for their desperate cry
This is the sketch of the life
Life, in times of its loneliness
Life, in times of our heart's drought
No one around, no one to care
Even the pricking of dry leaves
Seem to hurt us a lot
However colourful may the world be
It seems as if everything is lifeless
When people laugh mad at jokes
I smile, but my lips represent dryness
This body lives the life
Which people see in front of their eyes
No one sees my soul's life
Every moment it cries, every moment it dies
They say
"LOVE IS THE MOST DIVINE EXPERIENCE"
I know
But its also the most hurting experience
The pain of parting
The pain of missing
Still people fall in love
And get harmed by this "LOVE"'s hissing
As time passes,
The heart resumes and the blood clots
But the impression of wound still remains
Somewhere in the corner, you will still find those thoughts
Once again, I gather myself
And try to build that smile again
Try to water the barren heart
And try to make it blossom again
As time passes,
I see autumn again
But my heart knows, it's not the autumn I wanted
Deep inside there's still a lot of pain
But that's love
That's how it is
I laugh with my friends
And make myself feel at ease!
