I Will Never Fail Myself

I might be a failure for them,

But I will never fail myself.

I will work when they are not watching,

And I will let them see otherwise.

I will prove them wrong about me,

So that then, they will let me be.

I will burn the midnight oil,

And I will never let my blood boil, again,

When they would taunt me,

Laugh at me,

Act concerned about me.

Because I know, for me,

'They' are the problem, and

'I' am the solution.
