Helping Hands
Helping Hands
I have been at home always
Worked from dawn to dusk
I handled every corner of the house
While all did leave for work.
It was always me and my space
I had loads of time
No rush or race
There were tasks done with me alone
Till the time all came back home.
Every demand had to be met
Every need fulfilled
Some support to the emotions
Which from outside they did bring
Today I have lots of helping hands
Some big, some small
Who understand
A home is now a different place
It is now everyone's workplace
The lockdown closed the gates to go out
But now the help comes from all
Since no one ventures out.
