Bathed in ego, swamped in pride
Raghu thought he could take significant stride
He believed people would wrestle to win his attention
He thought people would drool over his  sense of fashion
He cast disgusting look at the impoverished
He hurled insulting remarks and laughed at the victims bloodshed
Arrogance surged through him when he spoke
His false sense of notion was about to break
Just when he saw himself to be the prince
A harsh truth struck him laced with menace
Unbidden, a bad luck had come to interrupt
He couldnt believe he had gone bankrupt
His inflated ego crippled under the fire of emptiness
He felt as if he was lost in the middle of wilderness
Nobody gave him the attention he craved for
Nobody rendered him the respect he yearned for
He had been reduced to a cornered man
Drowned in the sea of pain
Realising the futility of his existence,
He admitted to being a speck in the universe
Life had taught him a befitting lesson
As he reconciled with the disease named Parkinson
