Generation Gap
Generation Gap
It is the generation gap,
Which has changed our life’s map.
Our ancestors had rivers
While we have taps.
They had no clocks, just sunlight
To judge it was day or night.
Today, we are slaves of spectacles,
While they had an immortal sight.
No pizzas, no burgers, only porridge
That too stored without a fridge.
If we want to be as happy as them,
It’s the generation gap we have to bridge.
