Fallen In Love

I have fallen in love with a face,

But that face does not belong to a person. 

It is the face of the rivers, the valleys,

The mountains and the skies. 

The birds and the trees, 

The animals and the breeze. 

I had fallen in love with them long ago, 

It just took me a while to realize. 

That what I was looking for all along, 

Had always been in front of my eyes. 

I love this place. 

The mountains and the snow. 

The sun and clouds. 

The trees with the breeze.

These are the things

I hope to never leave. 

These mountains are my home, 

And they forever will be.
