Faded

Faded

Stranger to a friend to a stranger,

Time made you my life changer,

The day wasn't over without pulling each other's leg,

Cunningly as you drank my last peg.

Memories were made in bits and pieces,

Thank every god from Allah to Jesus.

Things weren't over but still over,

If I was the boat, you were a rover.

Countless gossips and secrets,

For which there were no regrets

Calling you "pretty" was all for fun,

God knows when you'll get my pun

Will miss those smiles and laughs,

Which are cut down to less than halves.

Time might heal the scars of the past,

We'll meet again in the world so vast.
