EXPLORING GALAXIES WITHIN

This poem is dedicated to people with ADHD. 

Your thoughts like stars ,form constellation in mind 

like Centaurus, giant and kind. 

Overwhelming like a meteor shower's night

yet having potential that of galaxies with might.

Ideas blur with the speed of lightning,

Mind of chaos and constant swirling. 

Like always, you triumph with creativity and grace, 

which you often fail to embrace. 

You own a universe of boundless energy,

With a touch of magic and synergy, 

Vibrant, radiant and that of a sunbeam's glow, 

But you sit there reverieing , sometimes slow.

Amidst a vaccum space, 

a soul in solitude longing for grace. 

Don't be shy to glow and gleed, 

ask for a hand you know you need.
