Elegy on Demise of an Angel

Elegy on Demise of an Angel

Oh how young she was to leave us so very early

There were many more years of joyful existence of her

Trampled and throttled by the hands of time forever

The stoic silence has taken the place of her once so beautiful smile

The stifled sobs had worn out the sweet melody of her voice

The vibrant soul of hers has left us forever and never to return

What was left was a barren frame with no voice or emotions

She will never return to call her mother "Maa" ever

Let me adore her for one last time before bidding farewell to her lifeless existence through this elegy.
