Education in epidemic.

Everything was going normal,

Suddenly a virus erupted,

Which changed the course of life,

Institutions were closed,

Masked were put,

Social distancing was maintained,

Isolationism come into place.

Now the issue is,

How long you can keep students like this,

Some way has to be found,

As class room teaching was not possible.

Ultimately decision was taken,

To have online classes,

Everyone knew,

It was not possible,

To give classroom feel.

No eye contact with the teacher,

No physical impact of the teacher,

It was all the way,

Virtual world.

Some how WhatsApp groups were made,

And some classes begin,

Initially there was hiccups,

But soon things,

Start falling in place,

And virtual meeting between teacher and the taught begin.

But it was again a big issue in our motherland,

Because there was internet problems,

Some areas had irregular internet,

Some areas are not even covered,

And above all,

Some students can't afford smartphones,

So it was neither here nor there,

Only schools with luxurious apparatuses like WiFi,

Could run the classes.

Now issue is what to do.

Again one more issue,

All the teachers can't operate internet sophisticatedly,

So they obviously fail to teach students through electronic gadgets.

In a nutshell,

We were taken offguards,

Our institutions were ill prepared,

For such an evetuality,

In some they tried for online exams,

But of no avail,

Some students objected to it,

Because they don't have 24×7 internet,

So many classes has to be promoted,

Without taking exams.

Now I think,

Situation has settled a bit,

Now the first thing,

Govt should provide infrastructure for, Hundred percent internet 24×7.

All over the country

Prepare software for holding all the exams,

Fifth onwards online,

Train our staff in conducting educational activities online,

So that if in future,

Any eventuality comes,

We must be more than sufficiently prepared.

It should not be treated,

The way other,

Programs are treated.

Because it impacts,

Our future generations,

So it will impact,

The future progress and development.
