I feel the warmth of the sun on my petals,
And the comfort of these winds.
Blue sky.
Pure breeze.
No humans to disturb my sleep.
Now, I’m home to a school of fish,
That were afraid of getting seen.
My sly streams are changing lanes,
From tainted paths to seamless plain.
Nothing on the streets to feed my pups,
No fear in their minds of getting pushed away.
I have no defined feeling to express what I’m feeling.
Empty stomach.
Fearless mind.
I just want to get through this time.
I’m a man with innumerable rights,
Yet I feel threatened.
Now, nature is getting together,
And we are drifting apart.
Were we so self-consumed?
That we couldn’t think about nature’s art.
