Beyond Words

I think of you always,

When you come upon I feel a sigh of relief

But When you are not around I am at unease

I wait till dusk and beyond

My heart tells me you will be there any moment 

I blink my eyes, but they hurt 

My brain tells me I must hold on

I am ready now it's dark in here

Everyone is fast asleep

I call you out while I close my eyes

I can't feel what's around me just the opening of doors

Is this a new world? I don't know this place, did you come and leave me here?

I run fast my heart beats fast and suddenly it's thumping

I am upright on my bed and my eyes wide open 

Oh !! dear sleep I have been waiting all the while when will you come again don't leave me please once again
