An Illusion
An Illusion
I sail in this new world of dreams
While I meet men and women of virtue
All these years spent in shackles
Were set free and gone by in a phew!
The one who brought me here
Knew the least what would unfold on
I painted my path red and blue
and colours so bright in hue
For I see my wings are spreading
far and wide
I twirl and whirl, I glide and slide
I am like the migrating bird who won’t stop
But I wonder, if I get lost
Will the magical man show me my path or would I get up and draw my own path
For now I know I have no boundaries
In this world full of opportunities
