Audacious Eagle
Audacious Eagle
Near my domicile, there is a towering tree;
Where an eminent eagle reign in a glee.
Discern her each enemy from a vault;
And like a thunderbolt she can accurately assault.
She stance spanky as a queen;
Her plumy pinion is gilt golden in between.
When she is in a few fathom flight;
On wings flayed, it looks like a king-sized kite.
As a turbulent tempest arrives, every bird seek a homey house;
But she avoids it by a stalwart stoush.
I covet, I could be that audacious eagle;
And my lucid life would have been regal.
