Anger is my name

I am the cause of fights,

 quarrel and loggerheads with 

the help of misunderstanding

I am everywhere yet those who exercise patience

 don’t need me but the temperamental ones 

are always with me in everything

I am not a good thing

Whenever I appear, 

people do things without thinking of their actions,

 the effects and the consequences of it

Anyone who tries to avoid me

 will always be at peace but those of you asking, 

searching and calling for me will always be in trouble

I hereby plead with that although I exist, do your best to avoid me
