Adieu

The time you left,

Created an empty space;

In my heart and mind,

With an irreplaceable place.

With that glimpse of smile,

The hands did bid bye;

But hidden were the tears,

That flew from the eye.

Did You catch me amidst,

While I tried to hide my feel;

Or was it all revealed,

With the words that I spill.

Unaware was I and lost,

What I did speak;

Trying to keep the emotions,

Tied to a hidden peak.

Don’t know why,

I felt a string;

Attached so much,

I wanna it cling.

There were loose ends,

Needing a behold;

And with a stretch,

Had a story to be told.

All it needed was,

A tight hug from You;

Making all the pain vanish,

And making love brew.

There were tears of joy,

Walking out of the eyes;

Being the witness,

Of all truth and lies.

While I wished you Goodbye,

Wishing all the luck;

I did wish to see You again,

As got your memories stuck.

With all those sealed secrets,

I wanted You could knew;

Time flew like a kite,

While waving an adieu.
