Ad Coronam Thermopylae (Crown at Thermopylae)
Ad Coronam Thermopylae (Crown at Thermopylae)
Leonidas with his crown of gold
Stood at the hot gates- thermopylae
Against the dashing numbers
Of warriors with glamour, Persians they were
Led by god-king they say
Thousands fell at the blades of few
'Momento homo' a faint whisper reverberated
Across sands of time, where ego swells doom follows
On all, toiled so hard to build
As it goes, the head matters the most
In times desperate as the tales murmur
Let us remember this now!
