Abandoned Child
Abandoned Child
When I carried you in me there were no thoughts of how will I do for you
How will I raise you, feed you
The fear of what you will be like
All I thought of is the misery you will be to me the pain
You were not good but a mistake
So I threw you like thrash yet you were not at all
Someone would have had you as their own
Had you to feed to bath to put to sleep
They could have loved you cared for you
You could have lived a better life
But I switched that off and left you in the cold
Left you to die innocently heartlessly
I walked away with no fear of turning back to you
You were a burden
