A Time of Change

In my time I begin to find,

What I myself must leave behind,

With much pain, I'll begin to see,

That though we do not agree-

A time of change is what'll be 

Days of young have passed on by,

As it goes we may sigh,

For now, another year's gone by,

We keep in mind what'll be-

A time of change our lives will see.

As the days will start to fly,

The time will eventually come along,

When we will have to move on,

For only then will we have learned-

That on and on the tides must turn.
