A Letter From Heaven

When tomorrow starts without him

And he's not there to see

The sun rises and everyone opens their eyes

All filled with tears for him

He wishes we all won't cry

The way we are doing today

While thinking of many things

I didn't get anything to say

He knew, how much I loved him

As much he loves me

And each time thinking of him

He knows I miss him too

But when tomorrow starts without him

Please try to understand my heart

That an angel came and called his name

And took him by the hand

She said- his place was ready

In heaven far above

And he had to leave behind 

All those he dearly loves

But as he turned to walk away

A tear fell from his granddaughter's eye.

For all his life He always thought

'I didn't want to die'

He had so much to live for

If he's healthy and fine

It seemed almost impossible 

That he was leaving

His granddaughter thought of all the yesterday's 

The good ones and the bad

She thought of all love they shared

And all the fun they had

She thought if she could relive yesterday even for a while

That would be her almost wish of her life

Her grandfather would say goodbye and kiss her

Maybe seeing him smile

But then she realized, this could never be happen 

Because emptiness and memories will take place of him

I swear I am full of sorrow

The granddaughter is me, I wonder

It is going to be one year on 4 October 

While traveling to heaven my grandfather 

Missed his home so much until god

Looked and smiled at him

From his golden throne

He said this is reality

Today is defined

Can't promise for tomorrow 

All you can do is send a letter to her

Waiting for you on earth 

Yet to come along

Hold her hand and say- I am worth

Here's a letter for you

Just to say at least

Dear Shubhi- I always love you.

I miss you dadu.
