A Drastic Fable...

A morning of hot summer greeted her, 

her parents gave her a thousand whispers, 

they were blessed with a girl, 

to them she was a precious pearl.

Loved and cared by all she grew, 

Happiness was a part of crew, 

Bondings were growing readily, 

and the peaceful boat was sailing steadily.

Something was missing while that jaunt, 

like a dish without salt, 

so, the guest waited with esteem, 

to enter and shower it's gleam.

The crooked began to cook, 

to which the family had to stoop, 

Poor damsel couldn't live for long,
