A Day When Sun Didn't Rise

A day full of darkness,

it was a day full of chaos; nothing more, nothing less.

Thinking it to be dawn and bright,

but as I woke up, I realised it was still night.

I got up from my bed,

And as I looked out of the window, I found rainbow flowers to be dull and dead.

There was no sun, no shine

All I could hear was the sound of night chime.

The air was no colder,

Night stories of grandma were still to be told.

It became just impossible to face my fears,

When my monsters are closing in and in and getting near.

I feel as if I am condemned,

My life just came to an end.

Well, a day without sun might be a day of chaos for everyone,

but for me, a day without sun is a day that hasn't begun...
