A day in the life of a freedom fighter

A day in the life of a freedom fighter,

Filled with sacrifice and tireless fire.

Fighting for a cause that's just and true,

A battle for India's independence, anew.

Rising early, before the dawn,

To gather strength, and carry on.

Marching through the streets with pride,

Their spirits high, their hearts full of pride.

Their days were filled with rallies and chants,

Meetings and marches, that never recants.

Braving bullets and batons with grace,

For the sake of their nation and its place.

They faced imprisonment, torture and pain,

But their determination and will remained.

For the love of their country, they never gave in,

For freedom, their lives, they were willing to spin.

Their nights were spent in contemplation,

Of the struggles and the fight for liberation.

Dreaming of a free India, they'd see,

A land of equality, where all would be free.

The sacrifices they made, were not in vain,

For their efforts brought about change.

India, now free, stands tall and proud,

Thanks to these freedom fighters, who stood their ground.

Their legacy lives on, in every breath we take,

In every step we make towards progress and break.

Let us honor and remember, their sacrifices and plight,

For the freedom we enjoy, was won through their might.
