Games We Play
Games We Play
One two three
Matters not what
You grade me
I'm well past the sixties
Have climbed steep hills
Reached the peak
Seen the world
Have a wealth
Of experience
More valuable than
Merely being pedantic
I've traveled across
The globe felt the pulse
Of nations, interacted
With many races
And emphatically assert
There is no marked difference
Between an Alaskan
Australian, Indian
Humanity runs through
All our veins making us
All ranked first amongst
Homo sapiens!
Have jumped hurdles
Played basketball
Scored some wins
Broken some bones
But kept the ball rolling
As life games continue
Till the last curtain call
