Just Like The River
Just Like The River
I dream of being the river, I dream to flow free in my deepest sleep
Crossing barriers and hurdles with the swiftest glide
I dream of being a river, proceeding through the topsy-turvy slides
Taking along thousands of debris (problems) along the way
Not standing still even a minute is my will
I am a river, I personify to be
I call it bliss, so empowering to see.
Narrowing down the scopes to be detained
I flow with the fiercest and wildest wit
Shedding the old skin behind, in the course of flow
I am urged to find my new place
The new belongings I seek wherever I go
Taking the memories of the good and bad
Down the lane I converge with the absolute rawness
Affirmed to stand with grit and courage
Just like the river,
I reaffirm that I will keep the flow constant
